TanQuant (the "Service") complies with applicable privacy laws and publishes this Privacy Policy to explain how it protects users' personal information.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The Service uses Google Account social sign-into collect the following information when you sign up.

※ Backtest and simulator settings and results are calculated and displayed only in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. Why We Collect and Use Personal Information

• Identifying users and authenticating sign-ins
• Providing community services (writing and displaying posts, identifying authors)
• Displaying profiles (nickname and photo)
• Preventing misuse and operating and improving the Service

3. Retention Period

• We retain the information until you close your account or request deletion, and then delete it without delay.
• You can delete your own posts and files, and they are deleted when your account is deleted.
• If applicable law requires a separate retention period, we retain the information for that period.

4. Service Providers and Third-Party Disclosure

The Service uses the providers below to operate reliably. We do not sell or disclose users' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

• You may request to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing ofyour personal information at any time.
• Community posts can be deleted directly from your own posts after logging in.
• You may request deletion of your account and all personal information using the contact below. We process the request after verification.

7. Deletion of Personal Information

Upon expiry of the retention period or attainment of the purpose of processing, we will destroy such personal information without delay. Electronic files will be deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.

8. Security Measures

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
• Access controls using row-level security (RLS), so users can modify or delete only their own data
• The authentication tokens are stored only in the user’s browser, and the service does not store the user’s password (social login).

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Service uses the browser's local storage (localStorage) and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to confirm referral paths. The referrer identifier is kept for up to 30 days from the last valid visit and is passed along with your current language when you move to ExitAnt AI. You can delete or block it in your browser settings, but staying signed in or referral confirmation may then be limited.
