⚠ Investment notice: The Service's backtest and simulation figures are calculations based on historical dataand do not guarantee future returns. You are solely responsible for every investment decision and its outcome.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the quant backtesting, simulation, and community features provided by TanQuant (the "Service"), as well as the rights and obligations of users and the Service.
Article 2 (Nature of the Service)
- All strategies, figures, and backtest results provided by the Service are for educational and informational purposes .
- The Service uses not an investment advisory or discretionary investment management serviceand does not recommend trading any particular security or product.
- Past performance does not guarantee future returns, and leveraged products may result in the complete loss of principal.
Article 3 (Registration and Sign-In)
- You can register using Google Account social sign-in.
- By signing in, you agree to the Privacy Policy and these Terms.
- You must not impersonate another person, misuse another person's account, or provide false information.
Article 4 (User Responsibilities and Content)
- Users may publish posts, comments, and files in the community, and each author is responsible for their content.
- The following content is prohibited and may be removed without prior notice: infringement of others' rights; illegal, obscene, or defamatory content; false information; spam or advertising; market manipulation; or unlawful investment solicitation.
- Authors retain copyright in the content they publish. The Service may use that content only as needed to operate and display it.
Article 5 (Changes and Discontinuation)
The Service may change or discontinue features for operational or technical reasons. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, no separate compensation is offered for changes to or discontinuation of free services.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
- The Service is not responsible for the results of investments made by Users using the information on the Service.
- Liability is limited for damage caused by events beyond the Service's reasonable control, including natural disasters and failures of external services such as Google or Supabase.
Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)
We may revise these Terms in compliance with applicable law. Revisions will be announced on this page.
